I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kota Kinabalu. the location is unbeatable, just a short drive away from the Waterfront and Imago Shopping Centre. It was so convenient to explore the local food and nightlife along the Waterfront. Secondly, the staff were amazing, particularly Yun. She provided us with 5-star service and was always attentive and friendly. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, with two bedrooms and comfortable beds. Plus, the breakfast provided was a nice touch to start our day.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The rooftop swimming pool had an amazing view, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were great for cooking our own meals, and the hotel offered free parking for those with rented cars. Plus, the value for what we paid was excellent.

The hotel was a bit out of the way, so we had to arrange transport to get to the city center. Additionally, there weren't any nearby restaurants or eateries. However, taking a short cab ride wasn't too expensive, so it wasn't a huge problem. we had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The housekeeping could definitely improve the cleanliness standards, especially with the dusty rooms and halls.

The hotel offered great value for money, especially during their opening promotion period. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, with a comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I particularly liked the attention to detail, such as the availability of multiple plug sockets for charging gadgets and the provision of basic amenities like a razor and toothbrush. Another highlight was the breakfast provided, which was delicious and satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to offer advice and assistance. I was impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I believe that this hotel can make some improvements in terms of their housekeeping.

The spacious rooms and friendly staff were the best aspects of the hotel. The rooms had plenty of space to move around and were clean and comfortable. The staff were always willing to help and gave us good recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. the hotel had a good location that offered easy access to shopping malls and local attractions. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi provided by the hotel.

There were some aspects of the hotel that could be improved. The bathroom facilities could use a redo, as the shower and toilet were not separated.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is near the city center and I didn't have to face traffic jam. The hotel facilities are fantastic, especially the infinity swimming pool which I found awesome. Also, I appreciated that the parking is provided for free. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory and everything was in tip-top condition. In addition, the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating.
